3. Service Commitment

4. Student Responsibilities

Students are responsible for:

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

All course materials, systems, and proprietary methods remain the property of AceTiyo LTD and our partner institutions. Students receive a license to use materials for educational purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

AceTiyo LTD's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya.
